  • To Know the application of multimedia.

Introduction (1 Minute)

  • Begin with a thought-provoking question: "What comes to your mind when you hear the term 'multimedia'?"
  • Briefly explain that multimedia involves the use of different types of media, such as text, images, audio, video, and animations, to convey information.

Activity 1 - Brainstorming (3 minutes):

  • Divide the class into small groups.
  • Give each group a large sheet of paper and markers.
  • Instruct them to brainstorm as many examples of multimedia as they can think of within the time limit.
  • Encourage creativity and variety.

Discussion (2 minutes):

  • Have each group share their examples with the class.
  • Discuss why each example is considered multimedia and how it engages multiple senses.

Activity 2 - Multimedia Showcase (3 minutes):

  • Use the projector to showcase a short multimedia presentation. It could be a video clip, a slideshow, or an interactive animation.
  • Pause at different points and ask questions to the students: "What types of media are being used here? How does it enhance the message?"

Conclusion (1 minute):
