Topic: System Documentation Issues

 

1.    Specific Objective:

At the end of this lesson, students will be able:

  •      To identify issues related to system documentation
  •      To construct solutions of issues related to system documentation

3.    Teaching Learning Activities:

  •      Introduce the main objective of the lesson.
  •      Briefly discuss on the importance of system documentation in the field of computer science and information technology.
  •      Divide students into two groups.
  •      Instruct them to analyze the documentation of previous lesson and identify any issues they observe.
  •      Encourage discussion within the groups and ask them to come up with possible solutions for the identified issues.
  •      List the issues identified by each group alternatively on board.
  •      Categorize common issues that arise in system documentation, such as inconsistency, incompleteness, outdated information, and lack of clarity.
  •      Discuss the solutions of those issues.
  •      Summarize key points from the lesson.

  •      Write any 3 issues of system documentation?
  •      How can you resolve those issues?

5.    Evaluation:

Explain the importance of maintaining high quality system documentation.
