- Welcome the students and introduce the topic of Situational Assessment.
- Define Situational Assessment as the process of gathering and analyzing information about the current state of affairs in a particular context.

- Identify key areas of concern in situational analysis.
- Explore different methods of situational analysis, including SWOT, 5C’s and Porter five forces.
