  •       Welcome the students and introduce the topic of Situational Assessment.
  •       Define Situational Assessment as the process of gathering and analyzing information about the current state of affairs in a particular context.
  •       Discuss the importance of Situational Assessment in guiding decision-making and problem-solving.
  •       Identify key areas of concern in situational analysis.
  •       Explore different methods of situational analysis, including SWOT, 5C’s and Porter five forces.
  •       Discuss the importance of situational assessment in various contexts.
  •     Highlight how situational assessment helps in identifying risks, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  •       Summarize key takeaways from the lesson.
  •     Invite questions and feedback from the students.
