2. Types of Intellectual Property Rights (25 minutes)
- Present an overview of the main types of intellectual property rights: - Patents: Explain how patents protect inventions and innovations, including the requirements for patentability and the rights granted to patent holders. - Trademarks: Define trademarks and discuss their role in identifying and distinguishing goods or services in the marketplace.
