At the completion of this topic students will be able:

  • To understand about ROM
  • To explain about their types i.e. PROM, EPROM, EEPROM

  • Daily materials
  • White Board
  • Marker
  • PowerPoint Slides

TEACHING LEARNING ACTIVITIES

  • After greeting and making students attract towards teacher and course content and then topic will be written on the White board.
  • Previous topic will be revised.
  • By showing the slides in the PowerPoint, ROM will be explained
  • And then their types will be explained
  • i.e. PROM, EPROM, EEPROM
  • The Cache memory will explained
  • Lesson will be concluded.
