Introduction (5 minutes):

• Begin with a brief review of the previous class on types of computers.
• Introduce the new topic: System Software.
• Discuss the significance of system software in managing and coordinating computer hardware.

Components of System Software (15 minutes):

Present a slideshow or use the whiteboard to cover the main components of system software:

• Operating Systems (OS)
• Device Drivers
• Utility Software

Explain the role of each component and how they work together to facilitate the functioning of a computer system.

Activity - System Software Chart (5 minutes):

• Divide the class into small groups.
• Provide each group with chart paper and markers.
• Ask each group to create a chart illustrating the components of system software, their functions, and examples of each.
• Groups will present their charts to the class.

Demonstration (5 minutes):
