Introduction (10 minutes)
Start with a brief discussion on the importance of citing sources in academic and professional writing. Citation Styles Overview (10 minutes)
Briefly explain common citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.) and their differences. Discuss the importance of following specific citation styles based on academic disciplines and publication requirements. Show examples of in-text citations for different sources.

Demonstrate how to insert citations using Microsoft Word's built-in citation features. Explore the "References" tab in Microsoft Word and show students how to choose their desired citation style. Explain how to add sources to the citation manager and insert in-text citations.
Citation Steps in Microsoft Word (10 minutes)
