  • Begin the class by understanding their opinion and knowledge about the topic.
  • After discussion I will define Threat.

A network security threat is any malicious activity that compromises the confidentiality and integrity of online data and systems.

  • After discussion I will define Risk.
    • Risk is possible exploitation of an object. It depends upon existence of threat and vulnerabilities.
  • After discussion I will define spam.
    • Spam is defined as unwanted message sent to an enormous list of recipients.
  • After that I will explain malicious software.
