  • To understand about Memory device
  • To explain about their types

  • White Board
  • Marker
  • PowerPoint Slides

TEACHING LEARNING ACTIVITIES

  • After greeting and making students attract towards teacher and course content and then topic will be written on the White board.
  • Previous topic will be revised.
  • By showing the slides in the PowerPoint, memory will be explained in detail.
  • And then their types will be explained
  • i.e. Primary Memory and Secondary Memory will be explained
  • The types of primary memory like RAM and the types of RAM (SRAM & DRAM) will be explained.
  • Lesson will be concluded.

EVALUATION

  • Explain Memory device
  • Difference difference between Primary and Secondary Memory

HOME WORK

  • Define RAM and their types
