Background

Shree Okhreni Secondary School, located in the touristy destination of Okhreni in Kathmandu, was established in the year 2019. Since its inception, the school has undergone relocations to various places such as Majhgaun, Chilaune, Moolkharka, and Ganeshsthan. Currently, it is situated in Ward No. 1, Sahidghat, Sundarijal under the Gokarneshwar Municipality.

Covering an area of approximately 15 ropanis, the school operates various educational activities with ample physical infrastructure. With a distinct educational quality, it has earned recognition as a model school in the Kathmandu district. The school, spanning from early childhood development to grade 10, operates within a 15-acre area.

Since its establishment, the school has been dedicated to providing quality education to all students, especially reaching out to those with limited access and facilities.
