     - Provide examples of intellectual property, such as inventions, artistic works, trademarks, and trade secrets.

2. Types of Intellectual Property Rights (25 minutes)

Present an overview of the main types of intellectual property rights:

- Patents: Explain how patents protect inventions and innovations, including the requirements for patentability and the rights granted            to patent holders.
- Trademarks: Define trademarks and discuss their role in identifying and distinguishing goods or services in the marketplace. Give examples of famous trademarks.
- Copyrights: Introduce copyrights as protections for original works of authorship, including literary, artistic, and musical works. Explain the rights granted to copyright holders and the duration of copyright protection.
- Trade Secrets: Describe trade secrets as confidential business information that provides a competitive advantage. Discuss the importance of maintaining secrecy and the legal remedies for trade secret misappropriation.
