Teaching Learning Activities
- Start the lesson by asking student what they know about CRT monitor, LED TV and LCD TV.
- Discuss the evolution of display technologies from CRT to modern LED, LCD, and Plasma displays.
- Explain the working principles and components of CRT (monochrome and color) displays.
- Demonstrate how LED, LCD, and Plasma displays produce images differently.
- Show examples of devices that use each type of display technology.
- Discuss on the characteristics such as resolution, refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc., for each type of display device.
